Cooper created a new topic Russian Pointe in the forums.I have Russian Pointe Rubin and I love them, but they are constantly coming off my heel. They don't have drawstrings, but they fit my foot well. I tried a size smaller, but those slipped off even more. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it?

Cooper created a new topic Nurtriton for ballet in the forums.Hi everyone! I was just wondering about what tips you guys have for staying healthy while dancing. I have the BIGGEST sweet tooth and usually just eat what I want when I want, I have no will power. I usually eat a lot of snack food and then very little at meals. I want to be healthier in my eating habits but not give up my love for chocolate and everything sweet! I'm not trying to lose weight just eat healthier. Do you guys have any tips?
